Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout to secure a pre-order. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Pre-Order Policy

All pieces in a drop are made to order. Once the pre-order period closes, orders enter production. Because items are made specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once production has started. All orders will be shipped from 15th May onwards.

Netherlands

 

  • €4.95 shipping via PostNL (including tracking)

  • Free shipping on orders over €150

  • Free pick-up in Amsterdam by appointment

  • Tracking confirmation sent by email after dispatch

 

European Union

 

  • €15 shipping via PostNL (including tracking)

  • Free shipping on orders over €150

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination

  • Tracking confirmation sent by email after dispatch

 

Outside the European Union

 

  • €40 shipping (including tracking)

  • Free shipping on orders over €150

  • Shipping costs are charged at checkout

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing

All orders will be shipped from 15th May onwards.

Returns

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.​Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
